4 cups Low - fat milk
4 tbsp Rice flour
4 tbsp Stevia
quarter teaspoon Cardamom powder
2 tbsp Chopped Almonds

Directions
In a bowl, mix almond meal with a little milk to form a smooth paste. Set aside.
In a saucepan, bring the remaining milk to a boil over medium heat.
Add rice flour gradually, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
Cook until the mixture thickens, approximately 15-20 minutes.
Stir in the almond paste, powdered stevia, and cardamom powder. Mix well and cook for another 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and let it cool to room temperature.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until chilled.
Garnish with chopped almonds before serving chilled.
