half cup Carrot
1 tablespoon Amla gooseberry
3 tbsp Fresh coconut
quarter cup Pomegranate seeds
Salt as per taste
1 teaspoon Oil
quarter teaspoon Mustard seeds
5 Curry Curry leaves
1 piece Green chili
Coriander leaves as per taste

Directions
Soak a handful of green gram lentils in water for 6-7 hours or overnight.
Measure 5 tablespoons of soaked green gram lentils and place them in a bowl.
Add grated carrot, amla, coconut, and pomegranate seeds to the bowl.
Mix the ingredients until well combined. Sprinkle salt to taste.
Heat oil in a small pan. Add mustard seeds and allow them to splutter. Then add green chili and curry leaves. Turn off the stove and mix this tempering into the salad.
Garnish the salad with chopped coriander leaves.
