1 piece Whole Egg

half teaspoon Cinnamon powder

1 teaspoon Baking powder

Directions

In a blender, combine 10g cacao powder, 70g peeled and chopped banana, 175g chopped apples, 1 whole egg ( Replace the whole egg with a flaxseed egg 1 tbsp ground flaxseed mixed with 2.5 tbsp water, let sit for 5 minutes), 0.5 tsp cinnamon powder, and 1 tsp baking powder.

Blend until smooth.

Pour the blended mixture into the prepared cake tin.

Garnish with 7-8 walnut halves.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow the cake to cool completely.For best results, place the cake in the freezer for 10-15 minutes or in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours before serving.
