1 cup Bajra Flour (Pearl Millet)
half cup Pumpkin Puree
Salt as per taste
Water as per needed

Directions
In a mixing bowl, combine bajra flour and salt.Add pumpkin puree gradually, mixing well.Knead into a smooth dough, adding water as needed.
Divide the dough into 6 equal portions.
Roll each portion into a ball, then flatten slightly.
Dust the rolling surface with bajra flour.
Roll each portion into a thin circle using a rolling pin.
Heat a tawa or skillet over medium heat.
Place the rolled roti on the hot tawa.
Cook until bubbles appear, then flip and cook the other side.
Apply ghee or oil if desired, cook until golden brown spots appear on both sides.
Remove from heat and serve hot with your favorite side dish or dip.
