Directions

Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it evenly to form a thin pancake.
Drizzle some oil around the edges and cook until the bottom side turns golden brown.
Flip the chilla and cook the other side until it's cooked through and crispy.
Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
