1 cup Oil
1 cup Peanuts
1 tablespoon Mustard seeds
1 tablespoon Cumin seeds
20 pieces Curry leaves
half cup Chopped Garlic
half cup Roasted chana dal
1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
quarter cup Bhadang masala
400 grams Puffed rice
4 tbsp Powdered sugar
Salt as per taste

Directions
Heat 1 cup of oil in a Kadhai. Fry peanuts until golden brown, then remove and set aside.
Remove 0.33 cup of oil from the Kadhai. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves. Stir until fragrant.
Add chopped garlic, roasted chana dal, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and Bhadang Masala. Mix well and turn off the heat.
In a large bowl, add puffed rice and fried peanuts. Pour the spice mixture over them.
Sprinkle powdered sugar and salt. Mix everything until well combined. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
Notes
Avoid consuming excessive amounts due to high spice content, especially for those with sensitive stomachs.

Directions
In a bowl, combine coriander powder, cumin powder, fennel seed powder, aamchur powder, black salt, chat masala, sugar, red chilli powder, and hing. Grind into a fine powder to make Bhadang Masala.
