half tablespoon Oil
quarter cup Chopped onion
half teaspoon Red chili powder
half tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves
1 tablespoon Tomato ketchup

Directions
Heat the tawa on medium heat and add a little oil.
Crack 2 eggs onto the tawa and sprinkle some salt over them.
Place 2 slices of wheat bread on top of the eggs, pressing lightly to let the bread soak up some of the egg mixture.
Cook one side until the egg is set and the bread is golden, then carefully flip the whole thing.
Cook the other side until the bread is crisp and golden brown.
Transfer the cooked bread omelette to a plate.
Top with chopped onion, a pinch of salt, red chili powder, and chopped coriander leaves.
Drizzle with tomato ketchup for added flavor.
