4 pieces Eggs
1 tablespoon Oil
half teaspoon Cumin seeds
1 piece Onion, Chopped
2 pieces Tomatoes, Chopped
1 piece Green chili, Chopped
half teaspoon Turmeric powder
half teaspoon Red chili powder
half teaspoon Garam masala powder
Salt as per taste
2 tbsp Fresh coriander leaves
Tips

Directions
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
Add chopped tomatoes and green chili (if using). Cook until tomatoes are soft and oil starts to separate.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala powder. Mix well and cook for a minute.
Add chopped broccoli florets and cook for 3-4 minutes until they are tender.
Meanwhile, beat the eggs in a bowl and pour them over the broccoli mixture. Stir continuously until the eggs are cooked and scrambled.
Season with salt to taste and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
