Roasting Garlic: For a sweeter and less pungent flavor, roast the garlic until it is soft and slightly caramelized.
Cheese Alternatives: If you prefer, you can use fresh ricotta or feta cheese instead of buffalo mozzarella.
Bread Choices: Use rustic bread like ciabatta or sourdough for the best texture.
Marination: Allowing the bruschetta mixture to marinate for at least an hour is crucial for developing robust flavors.
Directions
Dice the tomatoes finely and place them in a bowl.
Add the roasted garlic cloves, finely chopped.
Tear the basil leaves into small pieces and add them to the bowl.
Pour in the balsamic vinegar.
Season with salt, black pepper, and chili flakes.
