1 teaspoon Onion powder
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
2 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Salt as per taste
2 tbsp Rice flour
1 tablespoon Chilli flakes
1 tablespoon Oil
1 tablespoon Sesame oil
4 pieces Cloves garlic
1 inch Ginger
2 pieces Green chillies
1 piece Onion, Chopped
half piece Capsicum, Chopped
half cup Cabbage, Shredded
1 tablespoon Gochujang
1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
200 grams Shirataki Noodles
1 tablespoon Roasted sesame seeds
Tips
To enhance the flavor, you can add additional vegetables such as mushrooms, carrots, or broccoli.
Adjust the spice level according to your preference by increasing or decreasing the amount of chili flakes and green chilies.
Shirataki noodles have a unique texture and may require some getting used to if you're trying them for the first time.

Directions
In a bowl, combine chicken breast strips with onion powder, garlic powder, soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, rice flour, and chili flakes. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.
Heat a pan over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of oil, and cook the marinated chicken until crispy and tender. Set aside.
In the same pan, add sesame oil and heat it up. Add chopped garlic, ginger, green chilies, sliced onion, bell pepper, and shredded cabbage. Sauté until the vegetables are slightly tender.
Add gochujang, oyster sauce, and soy sauce to the vegetables. Mix well to combine.
Add the cooked chicken to the pan and toss everything together.
Rinse the shirataki noodles under cold water, then add them to the pan. Sauté for a few minutes until the noodles are heated through and well coated with the sauce.
Sprinkle roasted sesame seeds over the noodles and chicken before serving.
