4 tbsp Peanut butter
3 tbsp Honey

Place almonds, walnuts, cashews, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds in a pan.
Roast them on a low flame until aromatic. This process enhances their flavor and crunchiness.
Transfer the roasted nuts and seeds into a grinder or food processor.
Add dates (pitted), peanut butter, and honey to the grinder.
