400 grams White Fish Fillets
2 pieces Potatoes
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
half teaspoon Sea salt
quarter teaspoon Black pepper
half cup Whole wheat breadcrumbs
Directions
Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (400°F).Pat dry the fish fillets with paper towels and cut them into manageable portions.
In a shallow dish, combine olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper.In another dish, place the breadcrumbs.
Dip each fish fillet into the olive oil mixture, ensuring it's well coated, then coat it with breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
Place the coated fish fillets in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fish is golden brown and cooked through.
Meanwhile, toss the potato strips with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.Once the fish is done, transfer it to a plate and cover to keep warm.
Place the seasoned potato strips in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket occasionally, until crispy and golden.
Serve the air-fried fish and chips hot with your favorite dipping sauce or a squeeze of lemon.
Serving Size: 1 fillet of fish with a portion of potato strips.
