50 grams Urad dal
half teaspoon Fenugreek seeds
quarter cup Curd
Salt as per taste
Water as per taste
1 teaspoon Baking soda

Directions
Soak green moong dal, urad dal, and fenugreek seeds together for 4 hours.
Grind the soaked mixture into a smooth batter, adding water as needed.
Transfer the batter into a bowl and add salt to taste.
In a separate bowl, mix baking soda with a little water and add it to the batter. Mix well.
Grease the idli molds with oil and pour the batter into them.
Steam the idlis in a steamer for about 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Once done, remove from the molds and serve hot with chutney or sambar.
