4 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese
1 piece Chicken breast, boneless and skinless
2 & half tbsp Olive Oil
half piece Capsicums
2 pieces Multigrain Brown Bread
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Black Pepper
