half cup Lauki bottle gourd

half teaspoon Turmeric

Water as per taste

Directions

In a grinder, combine coriander, green chilies, garlic, and ginger. Grind to make a smooth paste.

In a bowl, mix jowar flour, besan, salt, coriander powder, cumin powder, chopped onion, grated bottle gourd, turmeric, and the previously made paste.

Gradually add water to form a dough. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes.

Grease a pan and heat it. Take a small dough ball and directly spread it on the greased pan to make a roti (thalipith).

Place the pan on the stove over medium heat and cook the roti on both sides until golden brown.

Serve hot with curd or chutney.
