2 pieces Red chilies
1 Tbs Urad Dal
1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
1 teaspoon Coriander seeds
quarter teaspoon Turmeric Powder
Salt as per taste
Tips

This chutney can also be mixed with yogurt to create a tasty dip.

Directions
Heat a pan on medium heat and add the niger seeds.
Roast until they turn slightly golden and aromatic, stirring continuously to avoid burning. Remove from the pan and let cool.
In the same pan, add dried red chilies, urad dal, cumin seeds, and coriander seeds.Roast them until fragrant and the urad dal turns golden brown. Allow to cool.
In a spice grinder or blender, combine the roasted niger seeds, roasted spices, turmeric powder, and salt.
Blend until you achieve a fine powder.
Transfer the chutney powder to an airtight container. It can be stored in a cool, dry place for up to a month.
