Directions

In a grinder, add roasted sesame seeds, ginger, garlic, coriander, and the roasted onion-coconut mixture. Blend into a smooth paste.

1 tablespoon Red chilli powder

Directions

Heat oil in a Kadhai, add the kala masala paste and kala garam masala.

Cook until oil separates.Add red chili powder, mix well.

Add the boiled mutton, adjust salt and consistency as needed. Cook for a few minutes until flavors meld.
