half teaspoon Turmeric
Salt as per taste
1 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
half piece Lemon
2 tbsp Curd
2 tbsp Oil
1 piece Onion, Chopped
4 cups Water

Directions
In a bowl, mix mutton, turmeric, salt, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, and curd. Marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a large vessel, sauté chopped onions until golden.
Add the marinated mutton, sauté for a few minutes.Pour in water, cover, and cook for 40-50 minutes until mutton is tender.

half piece Dry coconut
4 pieces Green chillies
1 tablespoon Roasted sesame seeds
1 inch Ginger
8 pieces Garlic Cloves
half cup Coriander
Directions
Roast onions, coconut, and green chilies until blackened. Let it cool, then chop.
In a grinder, add roasted sesame seeds, ginger, garlic, coriander, and the roasted onion-coconut mixture. Blend into a smooth paste.
Kala Mutton Masala
Ingredients

2 tbsp Kala garam masala
1 tablespoon Red chilli powder
Directions
Heat oil in a Kadhai, add the kala masala paste and kala garam masala.
Cook until oil separates.Add red chili powder, mix well.
Add the boiled mutton, adjust salt and consistency as needed. Cook for a few minutes until flavors meld.
