250 grams Jaggery
1 teaspoon Cardamom powder

Directions
In a mixing bowl, add the colostrum milk, jaggery, and cardamom powder. Mix well until the jaggery is fully dissolved.
Set up a steamer and prepare it to steam the pudding.
Pour the mixture into a heatproof dish and place it in the steamer. Steam for about 40 minutes.
After 40 minutes, insert a toothpick into the pudding. If it comes out clean, the pudding is done.
Allow the pudding to cool slightly before cutting it into slices. Serve and enjoy!
