1 cup Makhana - foxnuts
quarter cup Peanuts
quarter cup Cashews
quarter cup Walnuts
quarter cup Almonds
1 tablespoon Pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon Sunflower seeds
3 pieces Cardamom
three quarters cup Jaggery
quarter cup Water
Tips
Ensure the nuts and seeds are roasted on low heat to prevent burning.

Directions
Heat a pan and add 1 tbsp of ghee.
Add 1 cup of makhana and roast until they turn crispy. Transfer them to a bowl.
In the same pan, add another 1 tbsp of ghee.
Add 0.25 cup each of peanuts, cashews, walnuts, and almonds along with 1 tbsp each of pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds. Roast until they turn golden brown.
Crush 3 pieces of cardamom and add them to the pan. Roast for another minute.
Transfer the roasted nuts and seeds mixture to the bowl with roasted makhana. Let it cool.
Once cooled, grind all the roasted ingredients together to form a coarse powder.
In another pan, add 0.75 cup of jaggery and 0.25 cup of water. Melt them together to form a one-string consistency syrup.
Add the roasted powder to the syrup and mix well. Turn off the flame.
Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then shape it into small round ladoos.
Your delicious Makhana Ladoos are ready to be served!
