1 Liter Full Fat Milk
4 tbsp Sugar
half teaspoon Cardamom powder
4 pieces Mangoes
Pistachios as per taste

Directions
Heat a pan and pour in full-fat milk.
Reduce the milk on low flame until it thickens to a rabri-like texture.
Add sugar and cardamom powder to the thickened milk. Mix well and turn off the flame.
Peel the ripe mangoes, remove the seeds, and fill them with the reduced milk mixture.
Place the filled mangoes in the freezer for about 6 hours or overnight until they set.
Once set, peel the skin off the mangoes, cut them into pieces, and serve chilled.
Garnish with chopped pistachios for an extra crunch.
