200 grams Methi Fenugreek Leaves

200 grams Whole wheat flour

50 grams Gram Flour

50 grams Curd

1 tablespoon Ginger - garlic paste

2 pieces Green chilli, Chopped

half teaspoon Turmeric powder

1 teaspoon Red chili powder

1 teaspoon Coriander powder

half teaspoon Cumin powder

1 teaspoon Salt

2 tbsp Oil

Water as per taste

Directions

Wash the fenugreek leaves thoroughly and chop them finely.

In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped fenugreek leaves, whole wheat flour, gram flour, yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, green chili, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, and oil.

Knead the mixture into a smooth dough, adding water gradually as needed. Divide the dough into equal-sized balls and flatten them into discs.

Heat a non-stick griddle or tawa over medium heat.

Place a flattened disc on the hot griddle and cook until golden brown spots appear on both sides, brushing with oil as needed.

Repeat the process with the remaining dough balls. Serve hot with yogurt, pickle, or any chutney of your choice.Makes approximately 10 theplas
