half cup Rava

half cup Curd

1 cup Water

1 piece Onion, Chopped

4 pieces Green Chilies, Chopped

Coriander as per taste , Chopped

Flip the appes using a skewer or spoon and cook the other side until golden brown and crispy.

Serve hot with coconut chutney and sambar.
