half teaspoon Cumin seed powder
quarter teaspoon Turmeric powder
1 piece Onion , Chopped
1 piece Tomato , Chopped
2 tbsp Coriander
2 pieces Green Chilies
4 pieces Bread
Oil as per taste

Directions
Soak the yellow moong dal in water for 4-5 hours.
After soaking, drain the water and grind the moong dal with a little water to make a coarse paste.
Transfer the ground moong dal to a bowl and add salt, cumin seed powder, and turmeric powder. Mix well.
Add chopped onion, tomato, coriander, and green chilies to the dal mixture. Allow it to sit for about 5 minutes to let the flavors meld.
Heat a non-stick pan and lightly toast the bread slices on one side.
Spread the moong dal mixture evenly on the toasted side of each bread slice.
Drizzle a little oil on the pan and place the bread slices with the moong dal mixture facing down. Cook until the bottom side is golden brown.
Flip the bread slices and cook the other side until crispy and golden brown.
Once both sides are cooked to perfection, remove from the pan and serve hot with chutney or sauce of your choice.
