Ingredients

1 tablespoon Ghee
1 piece Bay leaf
1 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
1 piece Chopped Onion
1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
1 cup Rice
3 cups Mutton stock
Salt as per taste
Tips

Directions
In a pressure cooker, heat 1 tbsp of ghee.
Add the bay leaf and sauté for a few seconds until fragrant.
Add the chopped onion and ginger garlic paste; sauté until onion turns translucent.
Add turmeric powder and sauté briefly.
Add the washed rice and sauté for a minute to coat the rice with spices.
Pour in the mutton stock (3 cups) and season with salt to taste.
Close the lid of the pressure cooker and cook on high heat until you hear 3-4 whistles (around 10-15 minutes).
Turn off the heat and let the pressure release naturally.
Fluff the rice with a fork before serving.
Serve hot and enjoy a nourishing, protein-rich meal.

Ingredients

3 tbsp Oil
1 piece Chopped onion
1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
Salt as per taste
half kg Mutton
Water as per taste
Directions
Heat the oil in a pan.
Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
Add ginger garlic paste and turmeric powder; sauté for a minute.
Add marinated mutton and mix well.
Add water to cover the mutton and cook on medium heat for 40-50 minutes or until mutton is tender.
Strain the stock and set aside. Keep the cooked mutton for another recipe.
