1 tablespoon Ghee
1 & half cups Milk
quarter teaspoon Nutmeg powder
1 tablespoon Sugar
2 pieces Strands saffron
1 tablespoon Dry fruits powder
Tips
Ensure sweet potatoes are thoroughly cooked and mashed for easy digestion.

Directions
Prepare Sweet Potato: Roast or steam sweet potatoes until tender. Remove the skin and mash or puree them in a mixer.
Cooking: Heat a pan and add ghee. Once the ghee melts, add the mashed sweet potatoes and sauté for a minute.
Adding Milk: Pour in the milk and mix well with the sweet potatoes.
Seasoning: Add nutmeg powder and sugar (if using). Stir in saffron strands and dry fruits powder for added flavor and nutrition.
