half cup Oats
1 cup Bottle gourd
3 pieces Green Chilies
quarter cup Semolina (sooji)
half cup Curd
half cup Water
1 teaspoon Salt
half teaspoon Cumin seed powder
Directions
In a blender, combine roasted makhana, roasted oats, grated bottle gourd, green chilies, semolina, curd, water, salt, and cumin seed powder.
Blend until smooth to form a batter consistency.
Heat a cast iron pan and lightly grease it.
Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it evenly to form a chila.
Cook on low flame until the edges turn golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
Repeat the process for the remaining batter.
Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
