half cup Farsan

1 piece Tomato

1 piece Onion

2 tbsp Raw mango

quarter cup Sweet tamarind chutney

Peanuts as per taste

Nylon Sev as per taste

Coriander as per taste

half teaspoon Cumin Powder

half teaspoon Chilli powder

Chaat masala as per taste

Tips

Adjust the spice level according to your preference by adding more or less chutney.

For a healthier option, use air-popped Bhadang and reduce the amount of Farsan.

Add a squeeze of lemon juice for an extra tangy kick.

Directions

In a large mixing bowl, combine Bhadang, Farsan, chopped tomato, chopped onion, chopped raw mango, cumin powder , red chilli powder , chaat masala and sweet tamarind chutney.

Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated with the chutney.

Sprinkle roasted peanuts and sev over the mixture.

Garnish with fresh chopped coriander.

Serve immediately and enjoy the burst of flavors!
