300 grams Sweet Potatoes
200 grams Paneer
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 piece Onion
1 piece Bell Pepper
2 pieces Tomatoes
1 tablespoon Ginger - garlic paste
1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
1 tablespoon Pav bhaji masala
0 Serving Salt
Coriander leaves as per taste
Whole Wheat Bun (Bun Only) as per choice
Tips
Adjust the spice levels according to your preference.
You can add other vegetables like carrots, peas, or cauliflower for variation.
For a vegan version, substitute paneer with tofu or mashed chickpeas.
Directions
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another minute.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft and mushy.
Add turmeric powder, pav bhaji masala, and salt. Mix well.
Add mashed sweet potatoes and crumbled paneer. Mix thoroughly.
Add chopped bell peppers and cook for 5-7 minutes until everything is well combined and flavors meld together.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
Serve hot with buttered pav.
