1 piece Onion , Large Dice
2 tbsp Yogurt
1 tablespoon Ginger - garlic paste
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
1 teaspoon Coriander powder
1 teaspoon Cumin powder
1 teaspoon Garam masala
Salt as per taste
1 tablespoon Oil
Tips
Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes before threading to prevent burning.
Adjust spice levels according to personal preference.
Serve with mint chutney or yogurt dip for added flavor.
Directions
In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, salt, and olive oil.
Add paneer cubes, diced bell pepper, and onion to the marinade. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
