1 teaspoon Oregano

1 teaspoon Sugar
Directions
Blend all the peri peri spice mix ingredients into a fine powder using a mixer grinder or by shaking them in a jar. Your peri peri spice mix is now ready.
Fried Chicken
Ingredients

450 grams Grams chicken breast
Salt as per taste
1 teaspoon Vinegar
1 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
1 teaspoon Peri peri spice mix
2 cups Refined flour
Salt as per taste
4 cups Ice cold water
Directions
Marinate chicken cubes with salt, vinegar, ginger garlic paste, and peri peri spice mix.
Let it sit for 10 minutes.
Coat marinated chicken in refined flour and dip in ice-cold water, then coat again in flour for crispy crumbs.
Fry in moderately hot oil (170°C) until golden brown and crisp.
