half teaspoon Cumin seeds
half teaspoon Green chili
quarter teaspoon Turmeric powder
1 tablespoon Coriander leaves
1 pinch Salt

You can enhance the flavor of the Ragi Chilla by adding finely grated carrots or spinach to the batter.
Directions
In a mixing bowl, add ragi flour, water, cumin seeds, green chili, turmeric powder, coriander leaves, and salt.
Stir well until the batter is smooth and lump-free.
Heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease it.
Pour a ladle of the batter and spread it thinly like a pancake.
Cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Set aside.
Okra Sabji
Ingredients

half tablespoon Mustard oil
quarter teaspoon Cumin seeds
half teaspoon Turmeric powder
quarter teaspoon Red chili powder
1 pinch Salt
quarter cup Onion
Directions
Heat mustard oil in a pan, and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
Add chopped okra, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
Cook on medium flame, stirring occasionally, until the okra is soft and cooked through. Set aside.
Hard-Boiled Eggs
