2 tbsp Ghee
50 grams Phool Makhana
100 grams Ragi murmura
half teaspoon Salt
half teaspoon Black salt
half teaspoon Chaat masala
half teaspoon Cumin powder
half teaspoon Mint powder
half teaspoon Curry leaves powder
half teaspoon Red chilli powder
Tips

Directions
Heat a pan over medium heat and add ghee.
Once the ghee is melted, add makhana and roast until crisp.
Add ragi murmura to the pan and mix well with the roasted makhana.
Sprinkle salt, black salt, chaat masala, cumin powder, mint powder, curry leaves powder, and red chilli powder over the mixture. Mix until all the spices are evenly distributed.
Saute the mixture for another 2-3 minutes, ensuring the spices are well incorporated.
Remove from heat and let it cool before serving.
Notes
Avoid adding too much salt for a healthier snack option.
Avoid if allergic to any of the ingredients, especially ragi or makhanas.
