3 pieces Onions , Chopped

2 tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste

Salt as per taste

2 Teaspoons Coriander powder

1 & half Teaspoons Cumin Powder

2 tbsp Chili powder

1 teaspoon Turmeric

1 tablespoon Garam masala

Directions

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan over medium heat.Add the chopped tomatoes, chopped onions, ginger garlic paste, and salt.

Allow to cool slightly, then transfer the mixture to a blender and blend until smooth.

Heat the remaining 2 tbsp oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add the blended tomato-onion paste to the pan and stir.

Add the coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala.

Cook on low flame until the oil releases from the sides of the gravy.

Allow the gravy to cool down.Transfer to an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 7 days.
