Ingredients

3 tbsp Oil
4 pieces Tomatoes
6 pieces Garlic Cloves
1 piece Onion , Chopped
Salt as per taste
half teaspoon Cumin powder
1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
1 teaspoon Sugar
2 tbsp Coriander leaves, Chopped
Tips
Adjust spice levels according to preference.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
Directions
Heat a pan, add oil, and roast chopped tomatoes until they are soft and charred. Alternatively, you can grill or roast them in the oven.
Add garlic cloves to the pan and roast until fragrant.
Once done, remove the skin of the tomatoes and mash them.
In the same pan, add chopped onion, salt, cumin powder, red chilli powder, sugar, and chopped coriander leaves. Mix well.
Serve the delicious Roasted Tomato Chutney with your favorite dishes.
