1 piece Boiled sweet potato
half cup Peanut Powder
1 tablespoon Green chilli paste

Tips
Ensure the sabudana is soaked adequately for the best texture.
Fry the cutlets on medium heat to avoid burning while ensuring they cook through.
Directions
Rinse the sabudana under running water until clear. Soak it in water for about 4-6 hours or overnight until it becomes soft and fluffy. Drain any excess water.
Peel and mash the boiled sweet potato in a bowl until smooth and lump-free.
In a mixing bowl, add the soaked sabudana, mashed sweet potato, peanut powder, green chili paste, and salt. Mix everything thoroughly until well combined.
Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into round cutlets or tikkis.
Heat ghee in a frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, gently place the cutlets in the pan. Fry until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
Remove the cutlets from the pan and drain them on paper towels. Serve hot with green chutney or yogurt.
