Ingredients
4
half cup Soaked seedless dates

half cup Flax seeds
half cup Sesame seeds
half cup Ragi flour
3 tbsp Ghee
half cup Jaggery
15 ml Water for dates paste
1 tablespoon Cardamom powder
Tips
Adjust sweetness according to taste preference.
Store the ladoos in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
You can add chopped nuts for extra crunch and nutrition.
Enjoy these ladoos as a mid-day snack or post-workout energy boost.
Directions
Dry roast all the seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, flax, and sesame) separately until they turn golden brown. Let them cool, then grind them into a fine powder.
In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of ghee. Add ragi flour and roast until it emits a nutty aroma and turns slightly brown. Remove from heat and let it cool.
Make a smooth paste of soaked dates using a blender, adding a little water if needed.
In another pan, heat the remaining tablespoon of ghee. Add jaggery and the dates paste. Stir continuously until the jaggery melts and mixes well with the dates paste.
Add the ground seed powder, roasted ragi flour, and cardamom powder to the jaggery-dates mixture. Mix everything thoroughly until well combined.
Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then shape it into small ladoos while it's still warm.
Store the ladoos in an airtight container once they cool completely.
Notes
This ladoo is packed with essential nutrients, making it suitable for most individuals.
However, individuals with diabetes should consume in moderation due to the natural sugars present in dates and jaggery.
