1 tablespoon Ghee
three quarters cup Jaggery

Directions
Roast Sesame Seeds: In a pan, roast 0.5 cup of sesame seeds on low flame until they turn golden brown. Transfer them to a plate and let them cool.
Prepare Jaggery Syrup: In the same pan, add 1 tbsp of ghee and 0.75 cup of jaggery. Melt the jaggery completely and let it cook for about 2 minutes to form a perfect syrup.
Test Syrup Consistency: To check if the syrup is ready, take a bowl filled with water and drop a small amount of jaggery syrup into it. If it forms a rounded ball, the syrup is ready.
Combine Ingredients: Once the syrup reaches the desired consistency, add the roasted sesame seeds to the pan and mix well. Turn off the flame and allow the mixture to cool slightly.
Shape into Ladoos: When the mixture is still warm, take small portions and shape them into round ladoos. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
Serve: Your crunchy Sesame Seeds Ladoos are ready to be enjoyed!
