125 grams Powdered Sugar
125 grams Ghee
three quarters cup Milk
1 pinch Salt

Directions
In a bowl, combine all-purpose flour (maida) and a pinch of salt with hot ghee. Mix until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
In another bowl, mix together the powdered sugar and milk until well combined.
Gradually add the sugar-milk mixture to the maida mixture. Knead it into a hard dough.
Allow the dough to rest for about 10 minutes.
Flatten the rested dough into a 1 cm thick sheet on a floured surface.
Cut the sheet into 2 cm squares.
Heat oil in a pan over low flame. Carefully add the cut squares and fry until they turn light golden brown.
Remove the fried pieces and place them on absorbent paper to cool down.
Once cooled, store them in an airtight container and enjoy sharing the sweetness with your loved ones!
