half cup Fresh coconut

4 pieces Garlic Cloves

half inch Ginger

1 piece Green chilli

Salt as per taste

Coriander as per taste

Directions

Soak the Kokam fruit in hot water for about 20 minutes.

In a blender, combine grated coconut, garlic, ginger, green chilli, and 1 cup of water. Blend until smooth.

Strain the coconut mixture to extract coconut milk.

Repeat the process with the remaining strained coconut and 2 cups of water.

Strain the mixture again to extract all the milk.

Add salt to taste and the soaked kokam water. Mix well.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve chilled.
