400 grams Spaghetti Pasta
Tips

Directions
Boil water in a large pot. Add 0.5 tsp (2.5 grams) of salt.
Add 400 grams (14 oz) of spaghetti pasta.
Cook according to package instructions until al dente.
Drain the pasta and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat 0.5 cups (0.12 liters) of olive oil over medium heat.
Add 4 cloves (12 grams) minced garlic and sauté until golden.
Add the cooked spaghetti and toss well.
Stir in 0.25 cups (15 grams) chopped fresh parsley and 1 tsp (5 grams) crushed red pepper flakes.
Season with 0.5 tsp (2.5 grams) salt.
Pour the prepared arrabiata sauce over the spaghetti.
Mix well to ensure the pasta is evenly coated.
Garnish with 0.25 cups (25 grams) grated parmesan cheese.
Serve hot.

1 piece Onion, finely chopped
3 pieces Garlic Cloves

half teaspoon Salt
quarter teaspoon Black pepper
half teaspoon Sugar
Directions
In a medium saucepan, heat 1 tbsp (15 ml) of olive oil over medium heat.
Add 1 small (50 grams) finely chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
Add 3 cloves (9 grams) minced garlic and 1 tsp (5 grams) crushed red pepper flakes, sauté for another 1-2 minutes.
Pour in 2 cups (480 ml) of tomato sauce.
Season with 0.5 tsp (2.5 grams) salt, 0.25 tsp (1.25 grams) black pepper, and 0.5 tsp (2.5 grams) sugar if needed.
Let the sauce simmer for about 10-15 minutes until it thickens.
