These Sprouts Appe are a powerhouse of nutrients, providing a wholesome snack option that is both delicious and nutritious. Incorporate them into your diet for a boost of energy and vitality.
Ingredients

200 grams Sprouts
1 cup Semolina - rava
half cup Curd
1 piece Onion
1 piece Green chili
half inch Ginger
2 tbsp Coriander leaves
Salt as per taste
half teaspoon Baking soda
1 tablespoon Oil
Directions
Rinse the sprouts thoroughly and blend them into a smooth paste.
In a mixing bowl, combine the sprout paste, semolina, yogurt, chopped onion, green chili, grated ginger, chopped coriander leaves, and salt. Mix well to form a thick batter.
Allow the batter to ferment for about 2-3 hours.
After fermentation, add baking soda to the batter and mix gently.
Heat an appe pan and drizzle a little oil into each mould.
Pour spoonfuls of batter into each mould and cook on medium-low heat.
Once the edges start to turn golden brown, flip the appe using a skewer or spoon and cook until evenly golden brown on all sides.
Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
Serve hot with coconut chutney or tomato ketchup.
