half cup Sunflower seeds
half cup Sesame seeds
quarter cup Milk powder
1 tablespoon Cardamom powder
2 tbsp Ghee
half cup Jaggery
2 tbsp Water
Tips
Ensure seeds are roasted on a low flame to avoid burning.
Store the ladoos in an airtight container to keep them fresh for up to two weeks.
You can add nuts or dried fruits for added texture and flavor.
Directions
On a low flame, roast 0.5 cup (75g) sunflower seeds and 0.5 cup (75g) sesame seeds until they are crispy.
Let them cool down completely.
Once cooled, grind the roasted seeds into a fine powder.
In a mixing bowl, combine the seed powder with 0.25 cup (20g) milk powder and 1 tablespoon cardamom powder.
Heat a pan and add 2 tablespoons ghee.
Add 0.5 cup (80g) jaggery and 2 tablespoons water to the pan, stirring continuously until the jaggery melts and forms a paste.
Pour the jaggery paste into the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Once well combined, shape the mixture into small ladoos.
