half cup Jowar Flour
quarter cup Bajra Flour
quarter cup Ragi Flour
1 cup Water
Pumpkin seed as per taste
Sunflower Seeds as per taste
Sesame Seeds as per taste
Tips
Ensure the dough is well-kneaded to incorporate the seeds evenly.
Adjust water quantity gradually to achieve a soft, pliable dough.
Cook on medium heat to ensure even cooking and avoid burning the seeds.
Directions
In a saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
Once the water is boiled, reduce the heat and gradually add ragi, bajra, and jowar flours, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
Turn off the flame and cover the saucepan. Allow the mixture to rest for about 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, uncover the saucepan and knead the dough until it becomes smooth and pliable.
Divide the dough into small portions and roll each portion into a ball. Flatten each ball with a rolling pin to form a thin round roti.
Sprinkle pumpkin seeds, Sesame seeds and sunflower seeds over the roti and gently press them into the dough.
Heat a tawa or griddle over medium heat and place the roti on it.
Cook each side for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown spots appear.
Serve hot with your favorite curry or yogurt.
Makes approximately 4-5 rotis
