1 piece Green chili

1 & half tbsp Tablespoons oil

half teaspoon Cumin seeds

3 Teaspoons Bisi bele bhat powder

2 & half cups Cooked rice

3 pieces Tomatoes

Directions

Cut the tomatoes into chunks and puree them in a mixer grinder until smooth.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add chickpea lentils, white urad dal, and cashews or peanuts. Sauté for 10-20 seconds until they start to turn golden brown.

Pour in the freshly prepared tomato puree and mix thoroughly.

Add Bisi Bele Bhat powder and salt to the mixture. Stir well to combine.

Add the cooked rice to the bowl and gently mix until the rice is evenly coated with the spicy tomato sauce.
