1 teaspoon Cumin

5 pieces Garlic Cloves

1 inch Ginger

half teaspoon Turmeric

1 teaspoon Tamarind paste

three quarters cup Water

2 tbsp Oil

3 pieces Tirphala

1 teaspoon Mustard seeds

1 piece Chopped onion

5 pieces Curry leaves

2 pieces Green chillies

Salt as per taste

1 teaspoon Jaggery
