10 pieces Cashew nuts
2 tbsp Roasted chana dal
1 tablespoon Mustard seeds
1 tablespoon Cumin seeds
1 tablespoon Ginger, Chopped
12 pieces Curry leaves
9 pieces Green chili, Chopped
3 cups Rava (semolina)
1 tablespoon Salt
half tablespoon Sugar

Directions
Heat oil in a pan. Add urad dal, peanuts, cashew pieces, and roasted chana dal. Sauté until lightly browned.
Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chopped ginger, and curry leaves. Sauté until fragrant.
Add rava (semolina) and mix well. Add salt and sugar, mix again, and roast on medium-low flame until aromatic.
Once cooled, store the premix in an airtight container. It can be stored at room temperature for up to 20 days or in the fridge for up to 3 months.
