1 cup Besan
2 tbsp Flaxseeds
Salt as per taste
Black Pepper Powder as per taste
1 tablespoon Red chilli powder
1 tablespoon Coriander powder
half teaspoon Turmeric powder
half cup Onion
half cup Tomatoes
2 pieces Green chillies
2 tbsp Fresh coriander
Water as per needed
1 teaspoon Oil
4 pieces Bread Slices
Ketchup as per needed
Directions
Spread ketchup on one side of each bread slice and place another slice on top. Cut into triangles.
In a mixing bowl, combine besan, crushed flax seeds, salt, black pepper, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilies, and fresh coriander. Mix well.
Gradually add water to the mixture to form a thick batter. Whisk until smooth and free of lumps. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
Dip each triangle of bread into the batter, ensuring it is well-coated.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Place the coated bread slices in the pan and cook until golden brown on all sides.
