quarter cup Soaked cashews

quarter cup Curd

2 tsp Red chilli powder

1 teaspoon Coriander powder

1 teaspoon Cumin powder

half teaspoon Turmeric

half teaspoon Garam masala

200 grams Paneer

half cup Green peas

1 teaspoon Kasuri methi

Salt as per taste

Directions

In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.

Add tomatoes and onion piece. Boil for 8-10 minutes until soft.

Remove from heat, transfer to a plate, and let it cool. Peel off the tomato skins.

In a mixer grinder, blend the tomatoes, onion, and soaked cashews to form a smooth paste.

Heat a pan, add the paste along with water. Cook for 5-6 minutes.

In a bowl, mix curd, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric, and garam masala.

Add this mixture to the pan. Stir well and cook covered for 2-3 minutes.

Add chopped paneer, green peas, kasuri methi, water, and salt. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes.

Serve hot with roti, chapati, or rice.
