150 grams Wheat Flour
50 grams Semolina (rava)
quarter teaspoon Salt
Water as per taste

Directions
In a mixing bowl, combine wheat flour, rava, and salt.
Gradually add water and knead into a soft dough. Rest the dough for 10 minutes.
Divide the dough into small portions and roll them into balls.
Flatten each ball into a small disc using a rolling pin.
Bring a pot of water to boil and gently drop the discs into it. Boil for 2-3 minutes.
Remove the boiled puris from water and place them on a kitchen towel to remove excess moisture.
Preheat the air fryer at 180°C (350°F) for 3-4 minutes.
Arrange the boiled puris in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overlapping.
Air fry for 6-8 minutes or until the puris turn golden and crisp.
Serve hot with your favorite curry or chutney.
